AI-driven development is advancing, and runaway projects are only increasing. Do you know why that is?

When I was eight, I first touched a computer at the company where my father worked, and nearly fifty years have passed since then. From that moment on I began creating my own games while also becoming fascinated with animation, making games while enjoying anime — yes, I was that kind of nerdy kid. My art grades were decent, but at the Tokyo Animator Academy I realized I had no natural talent for manga or animation. Still, when one path closes, another opens wider. In 1991 I changed careers into information technology, and that brings me to today. Was everything smooth sailing? Definitely not — even now my life is far from easy or comfortable. In 2025, all the experience and knowledge I had accumulated unexpectedly fused with AI, and I awakened as something like an “organic AI.” Going beyond the conventional role of a systems consultant, I discovered two new professions for myself. The first is Institutional Architect, proposing policies as the foundation for institutional reform, not only drafting bills but rethinking legal systems as a whole; on note I write under the pen name “Kanie Fumihiko,” mainly on the theme “We don’t need elections,” analyzing issues Japan faces through legal structures and proposing solutions, and some of these ideas have actually been written into bills and submitted as petitions. The second is Current Requirements Analyst, a role I devised to reduce the heavy burden of current-state requirements analysis in conventional development methods, and the details are also summarized on note, which I would be happy for you to read..
